Media Accreditation

The Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) will be held on the Gold Coast, Australia, on November 11, 2008.

The Asia Pacific Screen Awards (APSA) welcomes applications for accreditation from national and international media before October 31, 2008. Any applications received after this date cannot be guaranteed consideration.

APPLYING FOR ACCREDITATION

To be considered for accreditation, all press, radio and TV journalists must send a completed application form. Please click  on the link below to download the form. You must also include the following  supporting documentation:

• An official letter on company letterhead, stating intention to publish /air your coverage.
  
• Information about the publication’s circulation, distribution and number of issues per year, or the program’s audience, number of times it goes to air including repeats, timeslot and whether or not it is recorded live.
  
• Evidence of coverage is required to be sent to the publicity company, TM Publicity, by December 20, 2008. Any ongoing accreditation is dependent upon receipt of this evidence.  We anticipate your coverage to be published or go to air at the time of the Awards Ceremony on November 11, 2007, or immediately after and that the evidence of your coverage sent to TM Publicity, will demonstrate this.

Applications are approved at the discretion of the APSA and further discussion will not be  entered into.
Online confirmation of your application will be sent to you as soon as is practicable after receipt of application.
APSA Accreditation Packs will be available for collection:

Sunday 9 November 12noon-6pm at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, 158 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

Monday 10 November from 8am at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa, 158 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

Tuesday 11 November 4pm-5pm at the Media Desk, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Cnr Gold Coast Highway & TE Peters Drive Broadbeach Queensland

Upon  receipt of your application, the publicity company, TM Publicity may request additional supporting material such as:

• A recent copy of your publication or DVD/CD ROM of your program or relevant website link
• A photocopy of your professional business card
• Two recent articles/broadcasts bearing your name
