Taking the helm at the next session of The Directors Chair series is Kazakh filmmaker and APSA nominee Adilkhan Yerzhanov

One of the most significant cinematic voices from Central Asia, Adilkhan Yerzhanov will share his experiences developing and shooting feature films in Kazakhstan and taking them to the international stage. This yearAdilkhan Yerzanov is nominated for Achievement in Directing for his Kazakh film-noir A DARK, DARK MAN, which premiered at the 67th San Sebastian International Film Festival.  

Hosted by ADG Queensland Chapter Head Mairi Cameron, The Directors Chair provides industry with the opportunity to meet and hear from a leading international director.
