The Asia Pacific Screen Academy is seeking passionate professionals to join our team for the 18th Asia Pacific Screen Awards and 7th Asia Pacific Screen Forum, taking place 24-27 November 2025 at The Langham, Gold Coast.
Contract Staffing Positions Available
We’re recruiting dynamic individuals for three-month contracts starting September 2025 across five key roles:
Film Fund Coordinator – Coordinate the MPA APSA Academy Film Fund and support Awards and Forum activities
Events Producer – Ensure smooth running of all events during the APSA Awards and Forum
Guest Coordinator – Manage attendance and experience of key talent and VIPs
Marketing Coordinator – Lead marketing and promotional activities across multiple channels
Events Assistant – Support coordination of ceremony and industry activities
Publicity Services Tender
We’re also seeking an experienced publicity consultant to deliver comprehensive publicity services for our 2025 events, including strategic communications, media relations, and coverage coordination.

What We’re Looking For
Essential criteria include:
Experience in event management, film industry, or related field
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international collaboration
