Cameron is a qualified chartered accountant, registered company auditor and experienced company director. He is currently an audit partner with BDO Australia and a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 32 years of experience in Australia, Europe and Asia. He has worked in both the assurance and the advisory lines of service focusing predominantly in the hospitality, tourism and leisure sectors. He also has extensive experience in the government and not-for-profit sector and has a keen interest in the arts. Cameron has assisted many organisations with strategic planning, budget setting, risk management, corporate governance and general financial stewardship. Cameron is also a former Board Director of HOTA Gold Coast and former Chairman and Non-Executive Director of early education provider, C&K Limited.
Cameron’s qualifications included a Bachelor of Business (QUT) and he is a member of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
