Alena Yiv is an Israeli actress, born in St. Petersburg. She is a graduate of cinema studies in HadassaCollege, Jerusalem, and “Impro” Actors Studio. Active in Israel & Russia, on TV and film. Nominated twice for Best Actress at the Israel Academy Awards for her role in Blue Nathalie. Her latest cinematic roles include the feature film Asia by Ruthy Pribar (2020), the short film The Last Trailer by Lev Brodinski (2019) and the feature film Heroine byYasmin Shreyer-Ozery (2017).
