Humaima Malick was born in the mountains of Quetta in 1987. She began her career as a commercial model at the age of 14. Malick has appeared on several television productions including the drama serial Ishq Junoon Deewangi (2009) and the comedy-drama Akbari Asghari (2011). She was honoured with the Best Actress award at the 11th Lux Style Awards and was awarded the South Asia Rising Star Film Award for Bol, her first film.
