Jim Ballantine started in production on The Little Mermaid in 1987 and later became a producer in feature animation development at Disney. From 1992-1995 Jim worked as producer on Nickelodeon’s cult classic The Ren & Stimpy Show. The series was nominated for two Emmy Awards. He went on to produce Brother Bear 2 and Bambi II for Disney. After stints in Paris and Jerusalem, Jim became Managing Director of Flying Bark Productions in 2010. During his tenure the amazing team at Flying Bark has produced wonderful films like Santa’s Apprentice and The Maya the Bee Movie and created television series for the ABC, Seven Network, Nine Network and Network Ten.
