Nadine Bates is a Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Like a Photon Creative, an international award-winning production company specialising in children’s content. LAPC’s first commissions included an original Disney Junior series, Balloon Barnyard and several award-winning segments for Sesame Street USA’s 45th and 47th seasons.
In 2020 LAPC delivered three animated feature films in a ground-breaking slate deal with Universal Content Group: The Wishmas Tree, Combat Wombat and Daisy Quokka. LAPC proudly produces every frame out of their Brisbane studios and are currently producing the next three animated features in the Tales from Sanctuary City franchise.
Named MIPCOM’s “Ones to Watch, Producer” in 2020, Nadine sits on several industry advisory panels, judges the annual International Emmy Awards and is completing her PhD in Children’s Screen Content.
