Making a film is just one part of a film’s journey to audiences. Once a film is complete, how do filmmakers engage audiences? This panel will explore how to promote a film through its festival and awards run – which festivals to choose, when to premiere – and how to navigate the promotional push.

We recognise the integral role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and First Nations peoples continue to play in storytelling and celebration spaces.
