Asia Pacific Screen Forum Youth Masterclass

An exclusive opportunity for students of ATOMQld member schools, the Asia Pacific Screen Forum Youth Masterclass provides students with the opportunity to see some incredible films, hear pitching tips and ideas from filmmakers, and refine their own pitch.

This masterclass is for students with a great idea for a moving-image media story, in any genre. It can be an idea they’ve had for school that they want to take further, or something totally different.

11.00am-1.00pm     Watch SWEET AS, nominated Best Youth Film, followed by Q&A with producerLiz Kearney
1.00pm-1.30pm       Lunch break (BYO lunch or purchase onsite)
1.45pm-2.45pm       Youth Masterclass
3.00pm-5.00pm     Watch CHILDREN OF THE MIST, nominated Best Documentary Film, followed by Q&A with director Hà Lệ Diễm
