Children of the Mist

Film Synopsis

Set in the North of Vietnam, Children of the Mist is a film about the holy time of childhood and its disappearance. Di, a 13-year-old Hmong girl, is about to face the destiny of many teenage girls of her ethnic group: bride kidnapping.


The Asia Pacific Screen Academy expresses its respect for and acknowledgement of the South East Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
