I’VE GOT A LITTLE SONG AND IT WON’T TAKE LONG

The moment you all (well hopefully some of you) have been waiting for. As pointed out in an earlier entry Berlin and Cannes to name but two film festivals have theme music. Cannes is a variation on the “Days of Heaven” theme. Berlin’s theme: I’m not sure about the source (anyone care to fill me in?), but with a cosy synthesizer that recalls a mellowed out Kraftwerk, the Berlin theme has established itself as an integral part of the festival’s identity.

Vladivostok goes one better. It has a song. I’m a film reviewer not a music critic, but personally love it or hate it, you won’t be able to deny that it is catchy. For those who want a phonetic lyrics sheet: that might take a little longer. In the meantime enjoy the festival theme song.
