Aslihan Gürbüz is a diverse Istanbul-born Turkish actress and a graduate of Konya Selcuk University State Conservatory of Theatre Arts. Gürbüz is well known in Turkey for her lead roles in popular television series Bir Bulut Olsam and Yahsi Cazibefor which she won the Best Female Comedic Award at the 2011 Antalya Television Awards, and most recently Muhtesem Yuzyil Kosem. Gürbüz appeared in feature films Kanal-i-zasyon (2009) and action drama Labirent (2011) before taking on the lead role of Emine in Zeki Demirkubuz’s Ember/Kor (2016), which was nominated for the Golden Tulip at the Istanbul International Film Festival.
