Conrad Alleblas focuses on his sports career in speed skating and cycling until 1994. During this period he is selected for the Dutch National Junior Team in speed skating. As a member of Cycling Team C.S. Dammarie-lès-Lys Conrad takes part in international cycling races in France. In the speed skating season of 1995/1996 Conrad becomes the manager-trainer of the speed skating team of Olympic Champion Bart Veldkamp. Mid 1996 Bart and Conrad present the first ever international speed skating team. Afterwards Conrad takes up the position as General Manager of Bart Veldkamp Sport & Business Consultancy, a sports agency for management, consultancy and events. Conrad continues these activities in 2004 in his own company World of Sport. In the years after he takes up managerial positions with Right To Play Netherlands (Director, 2004-2008), Vereniging Sport Utrecht (Director, 2009-2014), Witsenburg Natural Products (Operational Director, 2014-2015) and Meer dan Werk (Operational Director, from 2016). In 2012 Conrad co-founds JaJa Film Productions and produced Women with a Mission (2016), Hussain & Hassan (2016), 4×1 (2017) and APSA-nominated Dede (2017).
