Elena Glikman graduated from the MSU Faculty of Journalism and completed the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Film Directors (Igor Tolstunov’s producer workshop) Since 1991 together with Mikhail Degtyar co-heads the Reporter TV studio, which specialises mainly in documentaries. The Reporter studio has been was awarded four TEFIs, the Laurel Branch Award, as well as a large number of international awards. Since 2007 she is the executive producer of the Telesto production company. Member of the German-Russian and Russian-French Film Academy.
The Asia Pacific Screen Academy expresses its respect for and acknowledgement of the South East Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of country, including the custodial communities on whose land works are created and celebrated by the Asia Pacific Screen Awards. We recognise the integral role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and First Nations peoples continue to play in storytelling and celebration spaces.
