Eva Kemme studied business administration and worked for several years as a Production Manager. From 2007 to 2010 she studied production at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb). As a graduation film she produced LOMO – The Language of Many Others (2017) with which she was nominated for the Studio Hamburg Nachwuchspreis and won numerous awards. Since 2013 she is General Manager and Producer at BASIS BERLIN Filmproduktion. Eva Kemme is a member of the German and European Film Academy as well as the Asia Pacific Screen Academy. She has been nominated twice for an APSA as producer for Taste of Cement (2017) and Of Fathers and Sons (2018).
