Still in her early twenties, Tejaswini Pandit, daughter of the acclaimed Marathi stage actress Jyoti Chandekar, has covered the gamut of theatre, television and films in an eventful five years and she is also a trained Kathak dancer (a traditional form of classical Indian dance). Pandit’s filmography includes The Twister for which she won the Best Actress award at the Maharashtra Times (the leading Marathi newspaper) Awards, The Stranger, Target, A Lost Direction and I am Sindhutai Sapkal. She began her career with the stage play The Keep and went on to do a long running television series The Home of a Gentleman.

We acknowledge the continuing connection to land, waters and communities. We also pay our respects to Elders, past and emerging. We recognise the integral role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and First Nations peoples continue to play in storytelling and celebration spaces.
