Nawarophaat Rungphiboonsophit was born in Thailand in 1984 and has built up a significant career working in the camera and lighting departments of the Asian and international film and television industries. He first role as Second Camera Assistant was on the Thai action movie Chocolate (2008) and has since worked on productions including Mechanic: Resurrection (2016) with Jason Statham and Michael Yeoh, Kirsten Tan’s Sundance hit Pop Aye (2017), and 19 episodes of the British military thriller series Strike Back. In 2012, Rungphiboonsophit was hired as cinematographer on reality series Survivor Israel and later on the short film Ferris Wheel (2015) for Manta Ray director Phuttiphong Aroonpheng.
