The Forum positions Queensland and Australian filmmakers to actively engage with this vibrant sector by
providing direct access to international producers, screen agencies, and industry decision-makers from across the Asia Pacific. Explorer Pass — $95 ($55 students)
Perfect for local filmmakers, students, and emerging professionals. Includes access to all daily forum sessions (Monday – Thursday).
Navigator Pass — $180 ($120 students)
Designed for serious industry participants. Enjoy everything in the Explorer Pass and your choice of two evening events (Opening Night, Gala Screening, or Reel Connections).
Pioneer Pass — $320 ($220 students)
The complete forum experience for industry professionals. Access all Navigator Pass benefits plus all evening events and complimentary Filmmaker Lounge Bowls.
Ambassador Pass — $520
Our premier package for executives, distributors, and major industry players. Includes everything in the Pioneer Pass plus an exclusive ticket to the APSA Ceremony.
Single Day & Event Options
Can’t commit to a full pass? Purchase individual day passes for Tuesday or Wednesday at $110 per day, or attend single evening events from $35 each.

Asia Pacific Screen Forum Schedule
The Asia Pacific Screen Academy expresses its respect for and acknowledgement of the South East Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of country, including the custodial communities on whose land works are created and celebrated by the Asia Pacific Screen Awards. We acknowledge the continuing connection to land, waters and communities. We also pay our respects to Elders, past and present. We recognise the integral role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and First Nations peoples continue to play in storytelling and celebration spaces.
