Gorka Gómez Andreu is a Spanish cinematographer with more than 12 international cinematography awards to his name. He is a graduate of Audiovisual Journalism, Universidad de Navarra and TAI School for Direction of Photography. He has been working as a director of photography on short films and television since 2007 and became a member of the Spanish Society of Cinematographers in 2016. He received the Best Cinematography Debut Award from International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography Camerimage for Chaika (2012), directed by Miguel Angel Jiménez. Andreu has worked as cinematographer on 19 titles, including House of Others (2016), which is Georgia’s official submission for the Academy Awards®.
